Nykal Enterprises Ltd.("NEL") is a General Contractor, specializing in the installation of municipal underground utilities - water lines, sewer lines, and storm sewers.
In business for over 40 years, NEL has been involved in specialized projects that have included the installation of HDPE pressurized water lines, horizontal augering of water lines, specialized wrapping and insulation of storm sewer lines and more.
NEL is also a licensed Alberta home builder/land developer. Licensed as a home builder since 2015, NEL provides Home Warranty on all of its new builds.

Besides being president of NEL, John acts as the Site Superintendent in the field.
With his years of underground and site works experience, "field fit" installations come as no surprise!
John says; "In the underground business, you never know what you will run into when you start digging. You need to be prepared for pretty much anything!!"

VICE PRESIDENT & CFO
At NEL, the buck stops with Deb. She manages the office, which includes everything from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables to ordering pipe materials. obtaining utility crossing agreements and hiring staff or subcontractors for specialized projects.
Working together, John and Deb make a formidable team and are always up for a construction challenge!.
